The Jo Willaert Award
Jo Willaert was an inspiring member of the BELRIM Board and Scientific Committee as well as President of FERMA when he passed away during the corona pandemic in 2020.
In his memory, BELRIM has decided to create the Jo Willaert Award. This award will be given to the Risk and/or Insurance Professional who has “gone the extra mile for risk management”.
Any risk professional can apply for this Award.
The winner of the “Jo Willaert Award 2022”
We may proudly announce that the Jo Willaert award of 2022, is given to Nadine Haagen (HUBO).
In a very short time, Nadine has managed to put risk management on the agenda of her company. On top of that, she has been a keen ambassador for risk management and for BELRIM within the retail sector and more particularly within Comeos. She is a member of BELRIM’s Scientific Committee, focusing on risk management for SME’s. She has been a speaker at a BELRIM event and regularly takes an active part in our stamcafés. Nadine is always looking to improve her know-how and knowledge, and has successfully taken the Solvay training on risk management.
Pour tout ceci nous avons estimé qu’elle méritait le Jo Willaert Award 2022. Que cette reconnaissance puisse la motiver et servir d’exemple.
