Young BELRIM Event – Unfiltered Career Talks: Speed Roundtables

The concept is built around speed mentoring roundtables: Young BELRIM members will rotate every ten minutes to engage in short, focused discussions with senior professionals from across the risk and insurance ecosystem. The format is fast‑paced, informal, and designed to encourage genuine dialogue.
Conversations will naturally cover themes such as specialist vs. generalist career paths, career risks that paid off, regrets and key learnings along the way, building a sustainable career in risk and insurance, as well as personal experiences with leadership and management. Participants are welcome to submit questions in advance, which can be integrated into the discussions.
The evening will bring together a diverse panel of senior professionals, representing a balance of backgrounds across risk management, broking, and insurance. Confirmed speakers include:
