Effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a critical component of any company’s overall strategy and performance objectives. When risks are systematically identified and managed, the management can make informed decisions. The goal of this exchange is to discuss the ERM framework, the key steps, and the timing to design and put in place an effective risk management program. Share with your colleagues and a panel of professional risk managers your successes, failures, doubts, questions, experiences and challenges with regards to risk management. This exchange will be interactive discussion about ERM. The presenters have developed an ERM Risk Framework Diagnostic and an interactive polling session which will allow you to self-assess and benchmark your own program. The exchange will start at 2 p.m. and will be followed by a networking drink.
