BELRIM and Marsh Exchange – Navigating Supply Chain Risks: Insights and Solutions with Sentrisk – 2025 Gallery

On 15 May 2025, BELRIM and Marsh Belux organised an exchange focusing on the complexities and potential solutions associated with managing supply chain risks.

Keynote speakers Charlotte van Bouwel, Gert Van Melkebeke and John H. Davies discussed historical and current trade policy challenges, highlighting the unprecedented uncertainty surrounding tariffs and their impact on global GDP. They demonstrated Marsh’s innovative Sentrisk platform, which uses AI and geospatial technology to map supply chains, identify risks and provide real-time alerts to help companies minimise business interruption risk, optimise risk transfer and report internally and externally. The discussion also covered the European tariff landscape, the potential impact on different sectors and the strategic responses organisations can take to mitigate risk. A panel discussion with Pieter De Maeseneer (Eurofins) highlighted the need for proactive risk management and the value of advanced data analytics in turning challenges into opportunities.
