About this event

What can risk managers learn from a broker, an insurer and a lawyer’s point of view on how to handle claims?

What are their roles? Who is/should be in the lead? How transparent is your/their communication? How good are your observation skills? How high are the technical standards of your staff? What are the obvious and hidden pitfalls? Do ‘simple’ claims exist? What can errors teach us?

Michel Thomé (AON), Olivier Cherdon (ENGIE – formerly RSA) and Jean-François Polain (Lawyer) will share their best practice with you with plenty of room for interaction.

BELRIM is pleased to organise this closed exchange (for risk managers only) to help you optimize the way you handle your claims.

Don’t miss this opportunity!

Go home with a practical check list and better prepared for future challenges.
