Xavier TATON

Xavier is an expert in civil procedure and international private law, with emphasis on contractual, energy and competition law. His practice includes litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations.

Xavier also has special expertise assisting clients with human rights-based defense, advising on compliance, governance, policy, supply chains and general human rights standards and principles.

Xavier has advised on a wide range of commercial disputes for companies in many sectors including insurance, energy, financial services and transports among others.

Constantin Beier

Constantin Beier is Managing Director for Strategic Programmes at Aon in London.

Previous to this role he was Chief Operating Officer for Aon’s global insurance consulting unit Aon Inpoint and Chief Executive Officer for Aon’s Centre for Innovation and Analytics in Dublin.

He joined Aon to launch the Practice Group “Professional Services” in Germany and then, based in Oslo, served as COO for Aon Nordics.

Constantin concluded his studies in Heidelberg, Dresden and Munich with a doctorate in law and then joined law firm of Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf as an attorney-at-law.

He is an active board member in business and non-for profit organisations internationally.
